01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phpvip platform — whether through the website at phpvip.today or through the phpvip Android app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the phpvip platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and phpvip. They apply to all activities on the platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and participation in promotions. phpvip reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use phpvip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing phpvip from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a phpvip employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phpvip platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

phpvip takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to believe that a player is under 18, phpvip will suspend the account immediately and request identity verification documents. Any winnings accumulated during a period of underage use will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one phpvip account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same contact number, or the same device — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, a valid contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. phpvip may request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card or passport.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phpvip account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. phpvip will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your phpvip account.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact phpvip support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits

phpvip accepts deposits through local mobile banking methods that are widely used in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed instantly — your phpvip balance will be updated as soon as your transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

phpvip does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside phpvip's control. You are responsible for checking your payment provider's fee structure before making a deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. phpvip reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or subject to additional verification.

05 Withdrawals

phpvip processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification before processing. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you have contacted support to update your payment details.

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This means phpvip must have confirmed your identity using the documents provided during or after registration. Withdrawals requested before verification is complete will be held until the verification process is finished.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of the request.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• phpvip reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal at any time.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.

phpvip does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. If a withdrawal is returned by your payment provider for any reason, phpvip will credit the amount back to your account and notify you via your registered contact number.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

phpvip offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. When you place a bet, real-money funds are used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bonus funds that have not been used within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire automatically.

• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phpvip use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every outcome — whether a card draw, a number selection, or a spin result — is genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player behaviour, or any external factor.

phpvip publishes return-to-player (RTP) figures for all games. These figures represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage and are provided for informational purposes. RTP figures do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection or a server error — phpvip will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately before the fault occurred. If this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance. phpvip's decision on all technical fault resolutions is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• phpvip reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system fault.
• Game results displayed on your device are final once confirmed by phpvip's servers.

08 Fair Use Policy

phpvip is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any behaviour that undermines the fairness of the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, bonus restrictions, or other platform rules.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials.

phpvip monitors all accounts for unusual activity. If an account is found to be in violation of the fair use policy, phpvip reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void any bets placed in violation of these rules, and forfeit any associated balances. phpvip may also report fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

phpvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. 12 Limitation of Liability
